Caught Red-Handed! A California Democrat City Council Member Was Just Sentenced to 3 YEARS in Jail — And What They Found Hidden in His House Will Make Your Blood BOIL!

Caught Red-Handed! A California Democrat City Council Member Was Just Sentenced to 3 YEARS in Jail — And What They Found Hidden in His House Will Make Your Blood BOIL!

When investigators searched Shakir Khan's home, they found 41 — FORTY-ONE — sealed and filled-out mail-in ballots just sitting there. But that was only the beginning.
Khan had registered 23 people to vote using HIS home address. Another 47 were registered using HIS personal phone number and email. People who didn't even LIVE in the district — some not even in the country — had votes cast in his name.

And when he found out investigators were closing in? He posted a secret video in Urdu telling people to cover for him. "Say that you filled out your own ballot if anyone questions you."

He won his 2020 election by just 282 votes. Do the math.
This is exactly what Democrats say NEVER happens — and it was happening right under their noses in California. The full story is even more jaw-dropping than the headlines. Every American who believes their vote should COUNT needs to read this.

The Shocking Discovery: Ballots Stashed at Home
The case against Khan, a Democrat who served on the Lodi City Council, centered on what investigators found during a search of his residence. Authorities uncovered 41 mail-in ballots for the 2020 election hidden in his home.
Further investigation revealed that Khan had manipulated the local electoral process by:
  • Registering 23 voters to his own personal address.
  • Using his personal email and phone number to register an additional 47 people to vote.
  • Pressuring members of the local community to support him, as shown in body camera footage where individuals claimed he signed ballots on their behalf.
Criminal Empire: Gambling and Money Laundering
The "blood-boiling" details extended beyond election tampering. Khan also pleaded no contest to a total of 77 felony and misdemeanor counts, which included operating an illegal gambling establishment and money laundering.
The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office reported that the investigation blossomed into a case involving $3 million in money laundering, EDD fraud, and illegal gambling operations run out of Stockton. Khan also admitted to unlawfully receiving COVID-19 pandemic relief funds from the state of California.
Sentencing and Forfeiture
On March 3, 2026, a judge finalized Khan's sentence:
  • Jail Time: Three years in county jail, with the third year suspended to be served under mandatory supervision.
  • Stayed Prison Term: An eight-year state prison sentence was imposed but stayed; it will only be enforced if Khan violates his probation.
  • Financial Penalties: Khan was ordered to forfeit approximately $460,000 to the San Joaquin County general fund, representing assets acquired through his illegal operations.
The District Attorney emphasized that the sentencing was a critical step in safeguarding election integrity, noting that Khan had originally won his 2020 seat by fewer than 300 votes.
