3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Mushroom Gravy Pork Chops

4 raw boneless pork chops (about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds total, 3/4- to 1-inch thick)
2 (10.5-ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (1-ounce) packet dry onion soup mix
Place the raw boneless pork chops in a single layer on the bottom of a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker. The chops should be laid flat and touching the bottom so they cook evenly and soak up the flavor of the sauce.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the condensed cream of mushroom soup and the dry onion soup mix until the mixture is smooth and the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Pour the mushroom soup mixture evenly over the pork chops, making sure each chop is well coated. Use a spatula to spread the mixture if needed so the pork is mostly covered.
