Ingredients
• 1 large head broccoli
• Water
• Salt (½–1 tsp)
• Optional: butter or olive oil

How to Prepare
1. Wash broccoli well.
2. Cut into medium florets (don’t throw away the stems — peel and slice them).

Method 1: Boiled (like the photo)
1. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.
2. Add salt to the water.
3. Add broccoli.
4. Boil 3–4 minutes only (important!).
5. Drain immediately.
6. Optional: toss with a little butter or olive oil.
👉 Result: soft but still bright green.

Method 2: Steamed (best flavor)
1. Add a little water to a pot and bring to boil.
2. Place broccoli in a steamer basket.
3. Cover and steam 4–5 minutes.
4. Season with salt and olive oil or butter.
